Personal Information:

Clients' personal information such as name, address, phone number, email address etc. shall never be given to any of our employees or anybody else, either during the course of investigations or thereafter. All your meetings, conversations and correspondence with us shall be strictly confidential and WILL NOT be revealed to any other person.

Report Delivery:

Reports of your matter will be totally confidential and contents of final report shall not be shared with any unauthorized person. The report shall be emailed to you on your personal email ID. Alternately, report may be delivered at any place as per your convenience in a sealed plain envelope.

Client Assessment Form: As a policy, we enclose 'Client Assessment Form' with each of our reports for client's critical feedback on our final reports. Grievance, if any, is immediately redressed as per terms of our agreement with our client. If we do not fulfill the agreed requirement, we will credit your account without any delays or excuses.
